The user Login and Logout activities are one of the mostly checked logout activities on QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. However, if you are willing to access the login/logout list, please bear it in your mind that the system records the logout if the user had actually selected Sign Out while exiting the Audit Log.

If the user in question had closed the browser without signing out, or if he had wandered off to another URL without signing out, then the Audit Log will not record the Signing Out Activity. However, the system itself signs out the user after a short period of inactivity, so there is nothing to worry about.
